The PhD Symposium of the MSN 2026 welcomes submissions from PhD students on their ongoing research works in the broad areas of Mobility, Sensing, Networking and Cybersecurity.

The PhD Symposium welcomes all PhD students. PhD students in the early stages of their PhD work should state clearly their addressed research problem and give the traits of the solutions they would like to explore. PhD students in advanced stages of their work are also welcome to present their works and get constructive feedback to fine-tune their solutions.
Submitted manuscripts must be prepared according to IEEE Computer Society Proceedings Format (double column, 10pt font, letter paper) and submitted in PDF format. The manuscript submitted for review should be no longer than 8 pages, including references and other possible appendixes. After the manuscript is accepted, the camera-ready paper may have up to 10 pages, subject to an additional fee per extra page. Manuscripts should be submitted to one of the research tracks. Submitted manuscripts must not contain previously published material or be under consideration for publication in another conference or journal at the time of submission.
The first author of the paper must be a current doctoral student and is required to deliver a 20-minute presentation at the PhD symposium, with outstanding presenters being eligible for awards.
Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements. At least one author of any accepted paper must register and present the paper at the conference. The best submission will receive the MSN 2026 best paper award and best student paper award.
