tutorial proposals should be submitted (in PDF format) no later than Sep.20, 2026 by e-mail to the MSN 2026 tutorial Co-chairs (see email id below),with "MSN 2026 tutorial Proposal" in the subject. Send your proposals to prof. Jingcai Guo (jc-jingcai.guo@polyu.edu.hk), and prof. Lu Chen( luchen@zju.edu.cn)
